Colonel Johnson is a 30-year veteran with combat experience (OEF 2009-2010). Colonel Johnson and his wife founded Operation Pathfinders informally in 2007, and formally in 2014 to help veterans find their path and move forward. Colonel Johnson is passionate about supporting the mission of facilitating fellow veterans to find the pathway needed to resources where prior challenges may have prevented. His decades of military and Command experience bring a level of expertise for veterans to navigate the sometimes complicated routes to the resources and services they need and deserve.

His over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry includes all phases of project construction, costing, purchasing and scheduling as wel as marketing and sales; all of which are crucial to land development and residential and commercial construction.
Mr. Oberer Lr. is a past president of the Home Builder's Association of Dayton and the Miami valley, a former Director of the Ohio Home Builder's Association, a past trustee to the National Council for Multi-Family Housing Industries and a past director for the National Association of Home Builders.
In 2000, and again in 2020, the Home Builder's Association of Dayton and the Miami Valley (HBA) named Mr. Oberer Jr. Builder of the Year. Under his leadership, Oberer Companies was also honored with the Better Business Bureau's Integrity Eclipse Award in 2001. In 2003, Mr. Oberer Jr. was awarded the McDaniel-Zenger Leadership Award by the HBA. This award is the local HBA's highest honor, recognizing individuals for outstanding record of leadership and achievement within the HBA and the home building industry.
In 2005, Mr. Oberer Jr. was named the first recipient of the Dayton Business Journal's Real Estate Superstars Award in the builder category. Since 2018, Mr. Oberer Jr. has consistently been named one of the region's Who's Wo in Real Estate by the Dayton Business Journal for his commitment and dedication to driving development and growth for one of the most vital sector's in the region's economy.

Nick Cruz has had eleven years of experience working in executive positions for building and development companies, both national and local. Utilizing the experience he gained professionally, he helped to start multiple multi-million-dollar non-profits. The idea for Warrior Transitions came to him after he had the opportunity to work with a wounded veteran, renovating parts of his home to make it more accessible. Through Warrior Transitions Services, Nick aims to help as many wounded or disabled veterans as possible to get all the opportunities they deserve.

Rob Schommer has worked in local government for 35 years in a wide variety of roles currently in an executive level position. He started his career in law enforcement and achieved many accomplishments throughout. Working in local government, Rob has created numerous partnerships, many focused on obtaining and providing resources for those in need. He has been responsible for restructuring and organizing community based non-profits and has facilitated several multi-million dollar community projects. Rob has expertise in governmental process to help clients of the Foundation navigate the often complex bureaucratic steps to access available veteran resources.
