Our amazing team of Board Members are committed to helping veterans. They take their convictions and turn them into action to meet the Mission of Warrior Transition Services Foundation. The Board is comprised of executive level members to bring the right range of resources and direction to focus on improving the quality of life for disabled veterans.

We saw a need to help disabled veterans get the specific resources they need to improve their quality of life, so we formed our organization to help provide for and advocate for veterans to locate and obtain the resources required for projects and programs to improve their quality of life. Our founding company, Warrior Transition Service
We saw a need to help disabled veterans get the specific resources they need to improve their quality of life, so we formed our organization to help provide for and advocate for veterans to locate and obtain the resources required for projects and programs to improve their quality of life. Our founding company, Warrior Transition Services, assists disabled veterans with specific home improvement projects to aid in their transition to the quality of life they deserve in their home by utilizing available grants and federal resources. The WTS Foundation was created to help fill the gap where VA and other veteran resources fall short to truly transition the disabled veteran. The work of Warrior Transition Services and the helping hands of this amazing community help us daily to reach our goals.

WTS Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) Corporation focused on helping disabled veterans and their families transition to the quality of life they deserve. We accomplish this by using the maximum positive effort our members and volunteers can provide. Through partnerships, expertise and data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference.
